It can also be attached to almost any item of equipment thanks to the various straps and mounts which are provided, so you can forget it’s there and just leave it to do its thing. This camera offers superb value for money, functioning as a webcam when not pressed into use as an Action Camera, and it also comes with suction pads and a silicon head strap for even more filming options. Capable of recording for in excess of two hours to a 4GB SD card, the ATC 5000 Camera offers ample recording time. This unit is deceptively small and neat, given its durability, at 11cm long and a paltry 260g in weight. Most impressive, though, are the introduction of an infrared remote control facility, offering a truly hands free experience; and the addition of a 1.5” LCD screen, offering instant preview and playback as well as effortless positioning of the camera for optimum filming. Whether filming in high or low resolution, or somewhere in the middle, you can expect at least 5 hours of battery life from the high-power Li-Ion batteries supplied with the ATC5K. All in all, this is a terrific product, offering great value for money and versatility.
