Everything will actually depend on just how much you need it, how often you will be using it, and how much you are willing to spend. Wireless cameras are convenient and for those who move around a lot or frequently change office addresses. In those cases, a wireless security camera that you could easily install and take down is best. These run on batteries and need fresh batteries every month or so, depending on the specific camera, but they are otherwise not much different from the hard wired ones in terms of performance.
