Camcorder Pal Japan
Buying a HD cam in PAL or NTSC?
I’m looking at buying the Panasonic HDC TM-700 camcorder and have been faced with a quality and possible general usage dilemma between the two PAL and NTSC versions… I can get an NTSC one from Japan that shoots in 1080/60p and has 96gb memory. Or… The PAL one from the uk but its 1080/50p and 32gb memory. I’m mainly going to be editing on my PC and i’ve been led to believe NTSC wont matter here. Does editing with NTSC alter the quality once its converted to work on equipment here in Australia? I hear PAL is better quality but its a sacrifice from 60p to 50p… :S arghh! any suggestions would help! 
PAL is Europe..in America on a playback device PAL will only show B&W../
