Sony Camcorder viewfinder goes black or black and white…?
My older Sony 8mm Camcorder has a black screen when I look through viewfinder. If it actually works, the screen is black and white. I do not have a battery for camcorder. I am using it plugged in to wall. I’ve replaced the internal battery. Also, tape mechanism does not seem to be getting enough power. I press the button and it moves very slow when opening or closing. Any ideas of what could be wrong? I’m a hands on type of guy. I have no problem taking this thing apart.
