hi i have a samsung minidv digital cam pal how can i copy the tapes to dvd?
how can i copy the tapes to dvd do i need some sort of cabel there is a flap on it that says dvi and when i open it there is a socket thing with[ dvi ieee1394 ]on it a[ av] and an s-video do i need any of this so i can plug it into my computer and copy the tapes to dvd help
the svideo cord is to hoow up to a tv or projector. the dvi cord plugs into the camera which inturn can plug into your computer. sometimes you need a program to get the things off the tape to copy but once you use the cord and get the film off the camera use a program to turn it into a movie and a menu or something and put in a dvd and burn that stuff to a dvd.
