The Flip UltraHD Camcorder is an easy to use pocket-sized HD camcorder featuring one-touch recording and a 2x digital zoom, recording 120 minutes of HD 1280 x 720 resolution of progressive 16:9 widescreen video as MP4 files onto 8 GB of built-in memory at 30 frames per second (fps) progressive scan.
Having an in-built memory means there are no moving mechanisms, allowing the batteries to give you a longer recording time, and there are no memory cards to carry around with you and possibly lose.
A rechargeable AA battery pack is included with the Flip UltraHD Camcorder, and the batteries re-charge when the camcorder is connected to a USB port. Spare battery packs are readily available, but standard AA batteries can also be used.
A stereo microphone captures clearer Premier AAC audio sound, better than other similar pocket cams with mono sound, and a digital 2x zoom gets you closer to the action to give you the BEST COLOR and BEST LOW LIGHT results over other pocket cams.
A 2-inch anti-glare, color LCD viewing screen lets you play back your video instantly
and individual clips can be edited or deleted in camera using the pre-installed FlipShare software. This advanced compression technology allows for quick and easy sharing of high-resolution HD video in compact-sized MP4 files, email videos, make custom movies, capture still photos from video or capture still-image snapshots.
Flip UltraHD Camcorder features a simple user interface letting you start capturing HD video just seconds after powering on with one-touch recording.
A mini-HDMI output connector makes it simple to watch video on your HDTV, and a convenient flip-out USB arm plugs directly into your PC or Mac to launch FlipShare software
