Inch Swivel

On a Sony 40W2000 TV (40 inch W Series), does the stand supplied allow the TV to be swivelled?
I’ve read in some places there is a plus/minus 15 degree swivel on the W Series, other places suggest the stand is fixed. If you know of other Sony 32 inch or larger models where the stand does swivel, I would be interested.
My Sony V32 stand swivels.
