Head-band / helmet Sports cameras, do any of them work at night / low light conditions?

I want to do a night time marathon and record it, i’ll need about 4hrs of footage. The route is covered in street lights so the lighting isn’t too bad but I want to be sure of the cameras ability before buying one.

In order for you to be able to record for up to 4 hours, you would need enough memory storage and battery power to last that long and that would be almost impossible if you want to record in HD.

I did find the Sony 580 ExView HAD CCD Helmet Camera V. 2.0 that uses a portable DVR which records as 640X360 on memory cards. And it states the camera has a minimum illumination of 0.1 Lux.
