Series Camcorder
What is a low price good quality camcorder to buy to film skateboarding?
besides the common vx series and gl1 and gl2. I am currently low on funds hahaha. I need it between the range of $200-$600
also it is fisheye compatible and easy to put on the computer. And i prefer something like a hard disk drive because i dont want to have to buy minidv tapes.
If I were you I would get a Canon ZR 900-930 and a mic, or a Canon HV20, if you want hi def, and get a mic to go with it as well, I use the canon ZR 800 with an Adzen ECZ 990. Oh and also most of the Sony Handycams are good so go ahead and look at those. Keep in mind, for audio an external mic is always better than the built in stock mic. Make sure it has a mic input if you want to get good audio. Hope this helps!
EDIT: I don’t know much about anything but canon so sorry for the “canon based answers.” Anyway canon just recently (a couple months ago) released the FS series they are all hard disk cameras, like the Canon FS100, Canon FS10, Canon FS11. I am not sure what you meant when you said fish eye compatible so I can’t help you there without more info. I will do a google search, but I am going to submit this first.

Than you are probably going to do that in post (aka editing/post production). However, my Canon zr 800 does that effect so an fs model probably does too.
