How do i transfer my movie from my Sony video camera to the PC
I have a sony Dcr-trv240 video camera. I have the camera hooked from the dv cable to the computer ( firewire cable ). The camera is showing up on my computer but im trying to figure out out to upload my movie on my camera to the PC. Im in a hurry and need help asap if anyone can help. Thanks
go to windows movie maker and click on import media on the top left corner (thats where it should be, if not, click on file, improt media) then click on computer and click on where you have it plugged in. if it doesnt show, click on the bottom left where it says all files and continue. then click on the DICM file. (usulaly click on that one) if it doesnt work then go to help and see if your computer supports the file that you are trying to use with your camera. i would give you more help but im only 14 and dont know that much about it yet.
