why isn’t the media discussing the ‘lost’ spy satellite more? its a really big deal if you ask me!
they cover the election (which might not take place if the gasses in this sat elite destroy our atmosphere), celebrities, awards shows, sporting events, but what about this ‘mini-van sized’ (quoted from the AP press) satellite! if this thing doesn’t get destroyed by that missile, and if it were to hit it could be catestrophic!
what do you think will happen?
Because it’s not all that big a deal. They’re over-blowing the situation as it is. The minor event doesn’t deserve all this attention. Satellite’s decay in orbit and re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere regularly. The guys that put them up there know that. The danger is very minimal under the worst circumstances.
The only reason this one is getting any attention is that they’ve decided to try and shoot it down. It’s more of an exercise then anything.
