Why does this happen to my guy?

Ok this is def gunna weird/gross but I’m very curious. I’d like to start by saying that I 100% don’t have any STD’s and my guy says I was his first. With that said, my guy complains about an itching sensation inside his penis after he gets off. Is this cause from a uti or something else and should I be worried?
