capacitor for digital tft lcd tv?
i have a digital tft lcd tv the screen keeps flickering i have taken of the back and found 3 of the capacitors have blown they are 35v 470uf would it be ok to change these for 35v 220uf

Definitely NOT!
The capacitance of the device (microfarads) directly affects the performance of the television’s electronics. If you replace these capacitors with anything of a different value the set will not work properly (at best) or you could even destroy components elsewhere in the circuitry.
If you think that the capacitors are underrated then change them for items with a higher voltage rating but it’s best to leave it as the designer intended. Something has caused these to fail and it will almost certainly cause replacements to fail too. You should seek out the “source fault”. It’s probably in the power supply unit.
