HELP!!! I HAVE EXTREME SUNBURN ISSUES!!!?? How to heal it?
Yesterday I went to Hershey park all day with my friend and spent most of our time in the wave pool in the water park area. I applied sunscreen before (85 waterproof, humidity proof, sweat proff by Neutrogenea) all over (even on my scalp because that is one of the worst places to be burned) and then applied it after swimming for 2 hours or so. I didn’t realize it until I got home but I was sunburned EVERYWHERE even like through my clothes and swimsuit (I know UV rays can go through some fabrics.) I am sunburned to death and I even have acquired a headache from the radiating heat coming from my skin. It hurts to have my skin touch anything: my bed, clothes, water in the shower, etc. Should I go to the doctor? Could they be able to help me? What can I do to help it heal??

unfortunately, when the skin had become red, the damage is already here. The best thing to do is to take cold showers/baths to soothe the skin from burning and itching. Also, apply a good moisturizer, like aloe vera. And obviously, stay out of the sun:P Stay inside, in the shade(use sunscreen even here!) cover up with clothes, long sleeves etc. If this helps then you’ll just have to let the body heal itself. If you get worse in any way, your skin cracks, throw up, extreme headaches etc. see the doctor. .
